By the time I get to use the product 2019 will be ready to download and I'll have to pay another maintenance fee. Please do something about this in a hurry.
that's a lot of money to not be able to use the product I paid for. What happened to the free rvt2skp add-in Do I have to pay for the pro version when my 3 free exports are done I had a rvt2skp version downloaded to Revit 2018. I'm beginning to think that this is another way to force us minority perpetual license holders to buy a subscription instead and that just is not right in my book. PLEASE !!!! Someone make it so I can access 2018. I've put in a couple tickets and sofar I still cannot access the download. I would really like to start using Maya 2018 if you guys at Autodesk would help. I paid a lot of money for my maintanence package only to be let down one again at the moment of truth. I got an email showing my serial number and product key with a link to the download but when I clicked the link it took me to my account and there was no download for Maya 2018 only things like 360 mobile and iCloud and other stuff not related to Maya 2018. I own a perpetual license to Maya entertainment creation suite and cannot get anyone to tell me where my 2018 software is at. I am having a horrible time trying to get anywhere in my account.
